Vehicle has large walk-in storage and lots of side compartment spaces. Vehicle body is in good shape. Engine runs good. Transmission is slipping in reverse. The vehicle can be viewed at the Fire District office, 37072 Main Street, Burney, M-F, 8-5. Sealed bids will be opened on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. Vehicle is being sold as is. Interested parties must submit a sealed bid to the Burney Fire Protection District administrative office before 4:30 p.m. on September 3, 2010. The highest bidder will be notified and will have five days from notification to tender payment to the District in the form of a cashier’s check, and pickup the vehicle.
